Our creative team is part of a growing group of professionals who provide analytics digital design photography and videography services to clients across all types of industries. We get excited about finding smart engaging ways to help our clients help their clients! Our days include everything from direct mail that makes it into the house to magazines and catalogs they cant put down to videos that invoke real action. We work hard and take time to play with quarterly events staff outings and everyday ways to celebrate our accomplishments.

About you:

Youre obsessed with detail because you know that the best designed piece is only as good as the results it brings in. You love digging into the details to find the best way to position group or play-up elements to help get the clients message across. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects using your organizational skills to keep you on track and love operating with clear instructions and little supervision.

What youll do:

Complete design projects as assigned including a mix of short and long-term timelines

Meet with senior designers and art directors for feedback

Complete internal and client-facing approval processes dependent on project

Collaborate with team members as needed on great ideas and quality assurance

What you need:

Bachelors Degree in the field of design OR (2) years of experience

Resilient to fast-paced environments where tight deadlines are the norm

Proven success with time management skills

Working knowledge of Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign)

Commitment to staying on current design trends emerging technologies and best practices

Excellent communication skills for effective internal collaboration
An eye-catching portfolio that you love to talk about! Link or PDF must be included with resume

What will set you apart:

Experience with pre-press or pre-flight processes

Experience with direct mail production

Retail design or marketing experience

Demonstrated experience with project or data management
