SAP Data Migration LeadArchitect (Anywhere in India, Preferred Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune)

At Tenthpin we are hiring a Data Migration Lead/Architect with deep SAP Data Transformation experience to guide clients through complex SAP S/4HANA programmes within the Life Sciences industry.

You will work directly with senior stakeholders to define strategy drive alignment and deliver high-quality outcomes across complex multi-region environments.

As a Lead Data Architect you will work across multiple programmes over time shaping scalable approaches to data transformation while contributing to our global capability.

Owning data transformation strategy across SAP S/4HANA programmes

Acting as Technical Design Authority for data initiatives

Aiding the growth of your community with thought leadership

Leading end-to-end data transformation from a data architecture perspective

Driving consistency across regions releases and domains

Leading data migration strategy and execution

Aiding bids and RFPs

Passionate about evolving SAP and data capabilities with a focus on delivering practical business-led outcomes

Resolving cross-functional challenges in complex environments

Advising stakeholders on best-practice data transformation and governance

Your Experience

You are an ambitious client-focused and outcome-driven Data Migration Lead/Architect who thrives in complex environments. You have a strong track record guiding clients through large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations and data migrations bringing structure clarity and control to complex programmes.

You bring:

10 years of experience leading global SAP S/4HANA data migration and transformation programmes across complex SAP landscapes

Experience acting as a Design Authority owning end-to-end data transformation

Strong stakeholder engagement across complex multi-region environments

Deep expertise across data migration transformation and governance

Experience working across multiple releases and geographies

An exceptional communicator with the ability to bring structure to complex challenges and remove ambiguity for clients and colleagues alike.
