Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders supporting smooth operations across sales logistics and fulfillment functions.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter and process customer orders into internal systems (ERP/CRM)

Review orders for completeness pricing accuracy and compliance with company policies

Coordinate with Sales Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

Monitor order status and proactively address delays or discrepancies

Communicate with internal teams and customers regarding order updates changes or issues

Maintain and update customer records pricing details and order documentation

Assist in resolving order-related inquiries including billing or shipping concerns

Support reporting and data tracking for order volume accuracy and turnaround time

Ensure adherence to company processes quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications & Skills

13 years of experience in order entry data entry customer service or administrative roles

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Experience working with ERP or CRM systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) is an asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools

Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

KPIs

- Number of SOs enter per day

- Error Rate

- Number of Open Orders

- Reply time

- Timely escalation of issues

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in logistics supply chain or distribution environments

Familiarity with inventory systems and order management workflows

Bilingual (English/French) is an asset (especially for Quebec-based client)
