Job Responsibilities
Tracks and interprets laws or regulations impacting thebusiness and offers suggestions to functional managersseeking to ensurecompliance.
Conducts periodic tests and audits of organizationaloperations.
Conducts initial reviews of alleged compliance violationsand escalates to executive leadership asneeded.
Follows standard procedures andguidelines
Understands how assigned duties relate to others withinthe team and how the team integrates with relatedteams
Impacts own team through the quality of the supportprovided
Recognizes and solves typical problems; selectssolutions from establishedoptions
Communicates moderately complex information inroutine situations typically within ownteam
Works under general supervision with limited ability tomodify approach;
Individual contributor having no supervisoryresponsibilities; manages ownworkloadPerforms all other duties as assigned bymanagement
Education
High school diploma required; Bachelors preferred
Experience
Typically requires 2 years of related workexperience
