Job Summary
Location: The Learning Experience Columbia
Schedule: 9am6pm MondayFriday (full availability required)
Compensation: $14$16/hr based on experience
- Partner with Lead Teachers to implement engaging ageappropriate lessons and routines
- Maintain a safe clean and stimulating classroom environment
- Support daily care needs and smooth transitions throughout the day
- Build trusting positive relationships with children families and fellow staff
- Observe and document developmental milestones and classroom behaviors
- Experience working with preschoolage children (ages 35)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative teamoriented mindset
- Flexibility to work within the centers 7:00 AM6:00 PM operating hours
- Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field is a plus
- Has or will obtain the 15hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification (free) before orientation day
- Has or will obtain First Aid/CPR certification
- A positive attitude reliability and a genuine passion for early learning
