This is a leadership and quality ownership role at the core of iProspects planning function.
As Planning Group Head you are responsible for ensuring that strategy is not only well-defined but consistently delivered at a high standard across accounts. You will lead a team of planners raise the bar on thinking and output and ensure plans translate into commercially sound performance-driven outcomes.
You are not just reviewing work you are shaping how the team thinks challenges and delivers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop planners; setting clear expectations coaching performance and ensuring individual growth aligns with team and business needs.
- Oversee planning outputs across the team ensuring clarity strategic rigor and consistency before they reach clients.
- Understand the trading and investment implications of planning decisions ensuring recommendations balance performance outcomes with commercial objectives.
- Ensure all team members clearly understand client KPIs and are able to translate them into actionable planning strategies.
- Support the Account Director in cascading client and business priorities into clear planning direction for the team.
- Proactively surface risks challenges and opportunities; ensuring issues are addressed quickly and decisions are well-informed.
A Bit About You
- At least 8 years of experience in media/digital planning with strong exposure to performance-led environments.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams with a track record of improving output quality.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel planning and platform ecosystem (Meta Google TikTok programmatic).
- Commercially aware; able to balance client performance with agency trading and investment considerations.
- Confident in challenging thinking; able to elevate work not just review it.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with senior clients or account leads.
- Structured decisive and comfortable operating in fast-paced high-expectation environments.
