Key Responsibilities
Support Sales Representatives by ensuring effective use of standard processes tools and channels
Coordinate contract creation and customer onboarding activities in collaboration with Customer Service
Support RFI/RFQ processes (Ocean and Logistics & Services) coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders
Manage and coordinate the tender process in partnership with the Tender Management team
Administer customer-specific agreements within standard governance frameworks including approvals non-standard routings free time VIP handling commitments and credit terms
Assist in issue resolution and dispute management including case handling and escalation support
Review customer compliance and provide insights and recommendations to Sales Representatives
Drive invoice quality improvements by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
What we are looking for
Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the logistics or shipping industry
Strong understanding of tender management processes and ability to ensure compliance with established standards
Proactive and positive mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a results-driven approach
Analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to identify issues and propose practical improvements
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with changing business needs and market conditions
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
