Description

Westchester Country Day School a PreK-12 college preparatory school located in High Point NC seeks a Lower School Teacher Fifth Grade starting in the 2026-27 school year. Candidates must possess a minimum of a bachelors degree in the field of education either in elementary education or middle grades education. Previous teaching experience is preferred. A team-oriented work ethic and an enthusiasm for helping children learn and grow are characteristics we are seeking in a candidate. Responsibilities include planning and teaching lessons evaluating students on their progress communicating with parents coordinating schedules and events with the fifth grade team and other duties as assigned by the Head of Lower School.
