Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated LDRP Registered Nurse to join a close-knit team in a critical access hospital setting. This role requires a versatile RN who is comfortable managing patients throughout the full continuum of care including labor delivery recovery and postpartum.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care across labor delivery recovery and postpartum stages
Monitor maternal and fetal health including fetal heart rate monitoring
Assist with deliveries and immediate newborn care
Support postpartum recovery and patient education
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
Float between units as needed based on patient care demands

Requirements:

Experience in LDRP required
First-time travelers accepted
Active RN license required at time of submission
Ability to work independently in a critical access environment
Strong clinical and patient care skills
