Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help others
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hemp-based CBD products or willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- Familiarity with online chat platforms and tools
- Experience working in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
