We are looking for a friendly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Meyer Plastics Inc. As the first point of contact for our company you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations including handling inquiries and providing information
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Receive sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and document preparation
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Coordinate with staff and departments as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
- Proven experience as a receptionist front desk representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Desired Experience: Up to 1 year
