Your Mission:
- Build and mentor a skilled team of 5-6 roofing specialists
- Drive business growth throughout the Des Moines metropolitan area
- Implement training programs for both new and experienced professionals
- Oversee project quality safety standards and customer satisfaction
- Establish strong community presence and professional networks
