Job Summary
A high-attaining Outstanding academy in Slough is seeking a dedicated Attendance & Welfare Officer for a full-time permanent role starting ASAP. This position is scheduled for 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday 08:00 16:00). You will be responsible for managing attendance technicalities while building humane supportive relationships with families to ensure every student thrives.

Requirements
Essential: Previous experience in an attendance or welfare-focused role within a UK school.
Essential: Proficiency in school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS Arbor or Bromcom).
Essential: Must possess the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship).
A compassionate yet firm approach to communication and a deep understanding of local authority protocols.
Salary and Benefits
