Job Summary
CONTEXT:
One challenge for insurance is that a poorly governed deployment of GenAI solutions in a regulated financial environment could lead to compliance failures data breaches or discriminatory decision-making that exposes the organization to legal liability and reputational damage while preventing the operational scaling needed to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our service is to bring assistance with a Consultant in the context of delivering enterprise-grade GenAI solutions within an insurance companys Life Digital Solutions team which is in charge of Life digital projects and driving AI adoption across the organization.
The Key responsibilities expected from our on-site delegate might include:
Supporting projects by facilitating communication between stakeholders and progress towards objectives:
- Work closely with the A.I. Central Competence Center as well as with IT colleagues (a must)
- Reconcile divergent interests between business and technical stakeholders
- Drive adoption and implementation of AI solutions within the Life department
- Define a comprehensive roadmap in alignment with internal stakeholders
- Create awareness and foster a deeper understanding of AI across the Life department with the internal community
Supporting projects with rational and data-driven assessments:
- Monitor and evaluate AI initiative performance in collaboration with the central competence center
- Design and iterate prompts RAG pipelines and evaluation frameworks
- Collaborate with the internal AI Center of Expertise (data/ML/architecture/security)
- Translate business requirements into functional specs and executable backlog items
Supporting projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution:
- Lead the delivery of GenAI-powered projects including the development of an enterprise-grade chatbot using LLM technologies
- Drive projects end-to-end from discovery and solution definition to testing rollout and continuous improvement
- Capture and translate business requirements
- Design and refine LLM-based workflows
- Execute LLM test strategies: golden sets regression tests adversarial prompts
- Define evaluation metrics (accuracy proxies groundedness response quality rubrics)
- Implement logging/monitoring for prompt/response traces latency cost quality signals
- Author playbooks training materials runbooks for documentation and knowledge transfer
Profile:
- Master degree required
- 5 to 8 years of functional experience in understanding operational workflows and constraints
- At least 2 years working with GenAI/LLM-based solutions
- Demonstrated experience delivering conversational AI or chatbot solutions end-to-end ideally in a regulated environment
- Proven ability to design and iterate prompts RAG pipelines and evaluation frameworks
- Hands-on experience translating business requirements into functional specs and executable backlog items
- Experience defining and executing LLM test strategies (golden set regression safety tests)
- Operating in Agile environments with autonomy to plan execute and report progress
- MS Office 365 Copilot M365 PowerBI Azure DataBricks Azure DataLake proficiency
- Programming skills (Python SQL ...)
- Excellent communication (technical to non-technical translation)
- Structured storytelling: explain what the model does what it cannot do and how risk is controlled
- Structured conscientious and flexible
- Hands-on autonomous with strong problem solving and critical thinking
- Curiosity and continuous learning mindset
- Value driven mindset with ability to work with sharp deadlines
- Team player with agile delivery practices (backlog management user stories acceptance criteria)
- Experience in Insurance or financial industry is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French good level in the other English
- Location: Brussels centre with flexiwork possibility
- An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus (extra-professional or extra-academic as well)
- Fast availability is preferred
- Valid single permit for non-EU citizens
