Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our management consulting business in sales administration and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end support for contract execution processes related to management consulting projects
Review and assist in the preparation of contract drafts
Coordinate internally and externally to ensure timely contract finalization
Maintain and manage contract documentation and records in an organized manner
Proactively track contract progress follow up with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely closure of all contract-related actions
Support invoicing activities as per agreed contractual milestones and coordinate with finance for timely billing and documentation
Maintain project-wise trackers covering contract status billing milestones and project closure to ensure proper lifecycle management
Required Qualifications:
Strong written and reading comprehension skills with a high level of accuracy in handling documents
Ability to proactively manage processes and ensure tasks are completed without delays
Flexible and effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
Strong service-oriented mindset and a commitment to supporting stakeholders
Demonstrates a willingness to learn from feedback take accountability for mistakes and continuously improve work processes
Strong organizational skills in managing multiple contracts versions and timelines with high accuracy
Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools (Word PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of experience in a similar role within a professional services firm
Seniority and Reporting line:
Junior to Middle. Designation will be decided by the candidate experience however most probably will be Assistant Manager. This person will work in a small size of Project Management team (2-3 members) and will be reporting to Deputy Unit Head.
