Job Summary

Long Term Care facility on site of hospital. Will be performing assessments treatments medication administration notification to MD/NP of pertinent information admitting/discharging ADL assistance Gastrostomy Tube care Urinary Catheter care Nebulized Treatment Wound Vac care CPAP care Tracheostomy Care and other assigned duties.

Shift - 8 hour shifts - Varied -including weekends holidays. Candidate Must Be Flexible - No guarantee of hours or shift preference.

Proof of flu vaccination required prior to contract start date. Flu vaccination can be administered during employee health clearance appointment.
