Role Overview:
Seeking a Workday Reporting & Dashboard Consultant to support the design development and deployment of reporting and analytics solutions. The role involves working with business stakeholders to deliver dashboards reports and analytics capabilities within Workday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document reporting and analytics requirements from stakeholders
- Design and develop Workday dashboards reports and analytics solutions
- Configure Workday Hubs for centralized access
- Perform data validation and testing
- Support UAT and resolve user feedback
- Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Workday reporting and analytics
- Strong expertise in dashboards and custom report development
- Knowledge of Workday Hubs and security configuration
- Experience with UAT and testing cycles
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Workday Prism Analytics
- Experience with HR and Payroll modules
- Consulting or implementation experience
Additional Details:
40 hours per week. Open to fully remote or hybrid work arrangement.
