Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for aircraft subsystems
Ensure production readiness by identifying risks optimizing workflows and improving operational efficiency
Support operations by enhancing processes improving quality and ensuring timely product delivery
Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations

Requirements:

Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science Computer Science or related field
Level 3:
- 5 years of experience with a Bachelors degree OR
- 3 years with a Masters degree OR
- Equivalent experience with a PhD
Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or higher degree in Aerospace Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Experience with composite fabrication
Experience supporting aerospace or defense customers
Experience with 3D model-based work instructions
Experience with tools such as IVT CREO CATIA MES Gold PrimeR Aurora VisVSA DELMIA VisMockup ProModel FlexSim
Familiarity with 3D printing prototyping labs or development environments (e.g. Maker Space ImDev ICIDO)
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MESci)
Experience working in collaborative engineering environments (e.g. multi-monitor rooms)
