Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Business Process Consultant to drive process improvement optimization and transformation initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in analyzing current processes identifying gaps and implementing efficient scalable solutions aligned with business and technology goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead analysis and redesign of business processes and workflows
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Identify process gaps inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Drive process standardization and optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align processes with system capabilities
  • Support change management and process adoption
  • Develop process documentation SOPs and workflow diagrams
  • Ensure compliance with state policies standards and regulations
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7 years of experience in business process consulting / business analysis
  • Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma BPM)
  • Experience with process mapping tools (Visio Lucidchart etc.)
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working in enterprise or government environments
Nice to Have
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma / BPM
  • Experience with ERP CRM or enterprise systems
  • Exposure to digital transformation or automation initiatives
