REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Skills & Experience

Strong software engineering background / C# with experience building and supporting enterprise scale applications.

Hands on experience integrating AI capabilities into applications (e.g. LLM APIs generative AI services intelligent automation).

Ability to independently assess and apply AI technologies rather than relying solely on predefined models or data science teams.

Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and service based architectures.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern application deployment patterns.

Strong problem solving skills and an engineering first mindset.

Excellent communication skills - able to explain AI concepts architectural decisions and limitations clearly to diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments.

Exposure to prompt engineering AI orchestration or agent based patterns.

Experience modernizing legacy applications with AI enabled features.

Prior work supporting AI POCs and enterprise adoption efforts.
