Job Summary
Position: Commercial Head / Business Development Officer
Location: Kochi
Qualifications: in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
Experience : Minimum 5 year of experience in commercial operations and construction projects
Key Responsibilities
* Handle budgeting cost estimation tendering contracts procurement and financial planning to improve project profitability
* Support business development by identifying new project opportunities
* Good knowledge of construction contracts BOQs cost control methods and market rates.
* Strong negotiation leadership and decision-making skills.
* Check and manage project costs.
* Work closely with project managers and site teams to monitor project progress and control expenses.
* Reduce financial risks and ensure projects are completed on time with quality standards.
