Job Summary

DevOps L2 support

Experience: 5 -7 years

Location: Remote
Shift: 7 am to 4 pm IST
Budget: 15 to 18 LPA Max

DevOps L2 Support (Chinese English)

Key Responsibilities:

ProvideL2 production supportfor cloud and DevOps environments
Monitor troubleshoot and resolveincidents alerts and performance issues
Work withAWS and Alibaba Cloud (AliCloud)platforms
Handle deployments CI/CD pipelines and system reliability tasks
Collaborate with L3 teams and stakeholders across regions
Maintain SLA adherence and documentation

Required Skills:

StrongDevOps support experience
Hands-on withAWS (mandatory)and exposure toAlibaba Cloud
Experience inCI/CD tools monitoring tools scripting (Shell/Python)
ExcellentMandarin & English communication skills
Experience in incident management tools (JIRA ServiceNow etc.)
