Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem and modern cloud-native this role you will be responsible for designing building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines automating infrastructure deployment using Terraform and managing containerized applications at scale. Beyond technical execution you will serve as a Governance Lead establishing security quality and compliance guardrails before code and event-driven infrastructure are promoted to production and higher environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design provision and manage scalable cloud infrastructure Kubernetes clusters and messaging queues across multiple environments using Terraform.
. Container Orchestration & Management: Deploy scale and manage containerized microservices using Kubernetes ensuring high availability proper resource allocation and secure ingress traffic.
. CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build maintain and optimize robust automated deployment pipelines using both Azure YAML and Classic Pipelines.
. Mobile & Web App Delivery: Handle real-time deployment pipelines for web applications as well as mobile applications (both iOS and Android).
. Environment Governance: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper and governance authority to review validate and uplift application code container images and event-streaming configurations securely into staging and higher production environments.
. Security & Quality Compliance: Implement code quality and security scans manage SSL/TLS certificates and enforce best practices for cloud compliance.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Technical Requirements
1. Containerization & Messaging (New)

. Kubernetes: Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters (e.g. Azure Kubernetes Service / AKS) including writing manifests managing Helm charts config maps secrets and cluster networking.
. Kafka: Practical experience provisioning configuring and maintaining Apache Kafka (or Azure Event Hubs with Kafka API) for event-driven architectures including topic management and security configurations.
. Containers: Deep understanding of Docker and container registries (e.g. Azure Container Registry / ACR).

2. Azure Cloud Services

. Networking & Routing: Azure Application Gateway Azure Virtual Networks (VNet) and Azure Private DNS Zones.
. Compute & Integration: Azure API Management (APIM) Azure Function Apps and Azure Web Apps.
. Storage & Databases: Azure Storage Accounts Azure Managed Redis and Azure MySQL Database.
. Security & Identity: Azure Key Vault Azure App Configuration and Azure Managed Identities.
. Certificates: End-to-end SSL/TLS Certificates Management.

3. DevOps Automation & Pipelines

. Advanced proficiency in Terraform for state management and modular infrastructure.
. Deep expertise in Azure DevOps administration.
. Extensive experience writing and troubleshooting YAML and Classic CI/CD pipelines.
. Proven real-time experience building automated delivery pipelines for iOS (App Store/TestFlight) and Android (Google Play) mobile applications.

4. Quality & Security Tools

. Strong implementation and management experience with SonarQube.
. Practical knowledge of setting up static code analysis vulnerability scanning and quality gates within the release cycle.
