Operations Lead, GSF Last Mile

The GSF LM team at Amazon India is hiring for a Business Analyst position seeking a candidate with a strong performance record and hands-on experience in data-driven decision-making. The role requires exceptional analytical skills the ability to break down complex problems into structured executable plans and comfort with high ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft tools Excel Macro and capable of working with big data from multiple sources. Core responsibilities include setting up robust processes to drive consumer experience improvements identifying and executing automation projects and rolling out best practices from other geographies to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to influence stakeholders across business operations and technical functions using data and facts and earn trust across varied teams without formal authority. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a high bar on Bias for Action Deep Dive Learn and Be Curious Insist on the Highest Standards and Ownership.

1. Set up and maintain robust processes to drive improvement projects with an objective to maximize consumer experience across the LM network.
2. Identify plan and execute automation projects within the team to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
3. Work on capacity planning and block releases for Fresh SSD and Amazon Now
4. Support business growth in constrained environments through frugal and innovative solutions ensuring scalability without proportional cost increase.
5. Make existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools automation and AI-driven solutions.
6. Roll out best practices from other geographies and standardize tools and processes to minimize end-to-end supply chain losses.
7. Partner with business operations and technical stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into structured data-backed recommendations.
8. Utilize strong problem-solving and communication skills to influence decisions across business operations and technical audiences.

About the team
IN GSF Last Mile team supports three business lines: Amazon Fresh (including Ultra-Fast Fresh UFF and 3P Hybrid stores network Sub Same Day and Amazon Now (quick commerce). Amazon Fresh offers full basket service (daily essentials including Produce and Perishables) through UFF sites and 3P Hybrid retail partnerships. Sub Same Day specializes in local fulfillment via Same day delivery with 2 & 4-hour delivery windows. Amazon Now supports 10-25 minutes delivery of everyday essentials including groceries electronics OTC and household consumables.

- 1 years of customer-facing environment warehousing logistics or manufacturing experience
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
