We are looking for a Service Manager- Events Management Manager.
As a Service Manager - Events Management Manager we rely on you to
- Responsible for themanagement of hotel banquets providing guests with high-quality banquet and conference services.
- Familiar with the layout requirements of banquets cocktail parties press conferences and other activities and provide quality services.
- Responsible for handling guests comments suggestions and complaints on banquet service work and earnestly improving the work.
- Assist in the implementation of business training plans and constantly improve the service skills and skills of subordinates.
We are looking for someone who
- Has good organizational skills
- Has 3years and above experience in either a luxury restaurant or a international chainhotel environment
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Always aware of latest market trends and industry updates
- Must be a friendly helpful and trustworthy leader
