About The Program:
TheDoors Internship Programis an immersive experience designed to build your expertise grow your network and give you hands-on experience across different functions. Youll work on real-world tasks and/or projects receive mentorship from experienced professionals and be part of a company that enhances peoples lives through innovation in comfort-driven design and manufacturing.

HR partners with leaders and employees across the business to support recruiting onboarding employee engagement and HR operations.

As an HR Intern you will support core Human Resources functions while gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle. This role is designed to help build a strong pipeline of young talent by offering professional development mentorship and realworld experience in a collaborative HR environment.
This position is ideal for students interested in Human Resources business or peoplefocused roles who want to learn how HR supports both employees and organizational goals.
So what will you be doing as an HR Intern
- HR Functional Support Assist with daytoday HR activities across recruiting onboarding engagement and HR operations.
- Recruitment & EarlyCareer Support Support job postings interview scheduling candidate communication and internship or campus recruiting initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Events Assist with planning and supporting employee events engagement activities and internal communications.
- HR Data & Documentation Help maintain employee records update HR documentation and support data tracking and reporting.
- Process Improvement Support HR process improvements focused on efficiency organization and employee experience.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration Work with HR team members and internal partners to support talent and people initiatives.
- Learning & Development Gain exposure to HR best practices while learning from experienced professionals.
- Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline Support Act as an ambassador for the internship program by providing feedback and participating in engagement or outreach activities as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role youll need:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology Communications or a related field.
- Interest in Human Resources and peoplefocused work.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
Things we consider a plus:
- Interest in recruiting employee engagement or HR operations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office or HR systems (ATS HRIS).
- Prior internship campus leadership or customerfacing experience.
- Interest in longterm career development within Human Resources.
