Job Summary
Role: Contracts Manager
Client: Main Contractor - Tier 1
Location: South Dublin
Sector: Large-scale Residential Developments
Essentials: Proven experience as Contracts Manager delivering new build large-scale projects; minimum 10 years post-qualification experience; main building contractor experience is essential.
Benefits: 110000 - 130000; company vehicle or travel allowance; company laptop and mobile phone; pension; life insurance and income protection;
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project delivery teams with full responsibility for all construction activities.
- Deliver projects in line with agreed programmes and budgets maintaining a detailed understanding of project plans and cost controls.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to ensure seamless design development and installation.
- Champion a strong health and safety culture through the implementation of safe working practices and compliance with company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement across project teams by implementing best practices and operational efficiencies.
- Manage project resourcing ensuring teams have the right skills motivation and leadership in place.
- Develop retain and identify future talent to support current and future project requirements.
