We are currently have a vacancy for a dedicated and driven Operations Manager to be a part of the ONIT family.

Role Description

This is a full-timeOperations Managerat Onit Energy - The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations managing resources optimizing processes and ensuring efficiency. You would investigate any concerns with customer documents maintain vendor relationships and work with different departments to maintain efficiency and order.

Qualifications

• Operations management resource management and process optimization skills
• A background in IT and/or Customer Service would be considered an asset
• Experience in project management and strategic planning
• Knowledge of HR practices and regulations
• Experience with Excel is required; Experience with CRM or Graphics would be considered an Asset
• Post Secondary Education is required; a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field would be considered an asset
