What Youll Do:

• Build and grow strong relationships with physicians hospitals and community partners

• Identify and close new business opportunities within your territory

• Represent Elara Caring at community events and industry touchpoints

• Act as a trusted liaisonensuring seamless communication and patient admissions

• Drive strategic growth while making a real impact on patient lives

• Performs other duties/projects as assigned.

What is Required

• Bachelors Degree in Business or Finance is preferred but not required.

• 3 years of sales experience with 1 year in home health care services.

• Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication.

• Skilled in conflict resolution.

• Proven sales acumen with demonstrated results and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Ability to travel as needed within territory demographics or organizational needs.

• Must have personal reliable transportation.
