Johns Hopkins All Childrens Hospital is a premiere clinical and academic health system providing expert pediatric care for infants children and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services we are the regional pediatric referral center for Floridas west coast. procedures.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) IIIs lead purpose is to provide routine and complex procedures using a wide variety of techniques and equipment. Possesses the ability to provide quality care and are accountable for maintaining all skills and knowledge necessary to provide safe effective and developmentally appropriate sleep medicine care to patients of all ages from neonate to adolescent. Along with other members of the care team is responsible for patient outcomes that meet the high standards of care provided by JHACH.
Requirements
- Current Registered Sleep Technologist (RPSGT) credential by the Board for Polysomnographic Technologist (BRPT)
- Current Certification in Clinical Sleep Health
- A minimum of a High School diploma GED Certificate of Completion or equivalent achievement.
- 5 years or more experience in sleep technology with experience in pediatric care
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or successful completion of the course within one month of hire.

Salary Range: Minimum /hour - Maximum /hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
