Your Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Metal Fabrication Technologist Engineer withexpertise in carpentry welding and machining processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining technical standards optimizing production methods andensuring high-quality cost-eective and sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Your Impact

• Define and maintain technical standards for carpentry welding and machiningprocesses.
• Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose updates to existing standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D Quality Production) to ensure product feasibility and compliance.
• Conduct testing and validation of components to meet performance and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and materials.

About You

Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical. You enjoy working in a team and are interested in product innovation. You are results and customer-driven and strive to continuously improve.

What you should bring:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in carpentry welding and CNC machining technologies.
• Strong knowledge of materials tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Project managementcapabilities.
