As a Material Management Specialist you will be accountable to meet the targets on Inventory and OTD driving an operating rhythm within the wider manufacturing organization and interacting closely with Project Planning Operations Fulfillment and Engineering team for Gas Turbine and Compressor Line.

As a Material Management Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Developing and driving an Operating Rhythm within the Gas Turbine and Compressor Line covering the areas of responsibility: OTD and Inventory

• Interacting with the Fulfillment Team to guarantee materials synchronization

• Developing strong connections with Project Managers Planners Operations and Engineering to guarantee full alignment and cooperation on NCR resolution and OTD

• Collaborating with Gas Turbine and Compressor Line colleagues in setting realistic and challenging operational goals and contribute to their accomplishment

• Clearly communicating targets and accomplishments within the Gas Turbine and Compressor Line organization

• Ensuring that all the transactions will be executed in full compliance with the company rules

• Owning relevant KPIs with special focus on:

  • OTD VTC VTS VTF

  • Inventory

  • Medium/short term outlook
    

• Engaging the business leadership team to develop programs/processes and deliver enhanced productivity

• Developing the talents of the team and promote either internally and within the adjacent functions and departments the culture of people growth and development

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• Be a high-energy self-motivated confident contributor willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teams boundaries

• Be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Show excellent growth leadership skills demonstrating clear global perspective and understand factors impacting BH IET

• Have strong oral and written communication skills both in Italian and in English

• Be able to work and communicate within a global and fast-paced environment

• Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Display knowledge of Gas Turbine and Compressor Line products and their production process/methods.
