R2R Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP R2R Consultant to support finance transformation and SAP implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Record-to-Report processes working closely with finance stakeholders to deliver efficient compliant and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP R2R / Finance (FI) implementation and enhancement activities
• Gather and analyze business requirements translating them into functional specifications
• Configure and support core R2R processes including General Ledger Fixed Assets Intercompany and Period-End Closing
• Drive financial process improvements and ensure alignment with best practices
• Support data migration activities including data validation and reconciliation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. P2P O2C MM SD) for integration points
• Facilitate UAT manage defects and support issue resolution
• Provide support during cutover go-live and hypercare phases
• Deliver user training and documentation where required

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP R2R / SAP FICO Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience in General Ledger and closing processes
• Experience in at least 12 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage
• Experience in data migration and cutover activities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a regional / remote setup

Nice to Have

• Experience working in multinational or regional projects
• Exposure to integration with other SAP modules (MM SD etc.)
• Prior experience supporting finance transformation initiatives

Qualifications :

• 510 years of experience with specialized expertise in SAP FI/CO R2R processes or ERP implementations
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Proven Functional Specifications writing and SQL 
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment combining remote and on-site work as needed
