Depot Tank Coordinator

You will be joining a professional and international team with extensive knowledge of the industry. Working closely with our customers and vendors you will provide customers with excellent service. Your expertise ensures that we will continue to set the industry benchmark for seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Depot:

• Ensure to update Senior Ops Coordinator on all tank status in each section at least 2 times daily. i.e by 0815 for tank activities in the previous day and by 1200 for tank activities completed in the morning. This includes additional updates required by the Operations Coordinator in Conterm and Customer SAP with TLS tagging.

• Ensure to carry out immediate tank exterior survey and submit Equipment Inspection Report in EIR surveyors absence for in-coming and out-going tanks. Report Operations Coordinator and the Operations Manager promptly on major damages.

• Ensure to channel tank information on tank specification tank condition tank status tank movement and customers requirement among the Senior Ops Coordinator the Supervisors and independent surveyors clearly and timely.

• Assist Senior Ops Coordinator to oversee correct flow of tank activities are carried out in the depot. Inform Senior Ops Coordinator when bunching occurs.

• To report Depot Manager on any improper procedures and arrangements made for investigation and corrective actions.

Or Back-up for Customer:

• For Customer plant to assist operation supervisors in scheduling daily outbound and inbound tanks.

• For Customer plant to coordinate daily export and IDP tanks including efficient empty tank return to depot for ultilization.

• For Customer plant to preparation on daily Transhipment Orders and discharging VDO reports.

• For Customer plant to update SAP on daily TLS and card tagging.

• To prepare weekly report.

Or Back-up for Depot Laden Tanks:

• Customer SAP updating.

• Customer SAP updating for GR (Goods Received) /GI (Goods Issue) tanks movements.

• Conterm updating for tank movement status.

• Preparation of laden tank EIR doc B/L Cofa and other documents.

• Update and obtain SES number for all Infineum invoices (from SAP system).

• Report to Depot Manager on any improper procedures and arrangements made for investigation and corrective actions.

• Scanning / filing of the documents.

• As backup for Operations Coordinator.

• Assist the Admin Manager to handle any other administrative work in the office.

Qualifications

• Nitec in Business Administration or related discipline / GCE O Level with 2 years of relevant experience

• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in handling Operations & administration work

• Able to liaise with customers & truckers

• Preferably with knowledge and experience in SAP

• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Words

• Willing to working in Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
