Finance Specialist

• Support the monitoring and recording of production costs raw material consumption and yield performance
• Track inventory movement stock valuation and finished goods records to prevent financial losses from waste or stock aging
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial documentation across procurement production and sales processes
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities aligned with production plans and commercial demand
• Reconcile production data with financial records to ensure accuracy and accountability
• Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls and compliance standards within the factory
• Prepare routine financial reports and schedules for management review
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure financial discipline in daily operational activities
• Support audit processes and regulatory documentation as required
• Maintain organized financial records and data for operational and management use

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or related field
• 36 years finance or accounting experience within FMCG food processing agro-processing or industrial manufacturing
• Basic understanding of factory cost accounting inventory control and production cost tracking
• Professional certification such as ACA ACCA or equivalent is required
• Experience working with operational teams in a processing or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good knowledge of financial documentation reporting and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High level of integrity professionalism and process discipline
