What youll be doing

• Planning & coordinating works to ensure they are carried out compliantly
• Drive a safety-first approach across the department
• Cost control tracking monitoring productivities & forecasting costs for end of month reviews
• Contract management across multiple packages
• Ability to identify variations/EOTs & prepare submission to clients
• Prepare subcontract packages & administer to fulfil site requirement
• Utilise programming software to develop & maintain programs in consultation with field operations
• Support tender submission with working knowledge of plant capability & civil productivities

About you

Youre a highly capable Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in civil infrastructure particularly in asphalt and road surfacing works who thrives in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment.

You will bring a balance of technical expertise commercial awareness and leadership capability with the confidence to manage multiple workstreams under a long-term maintenance contract.

• Degree in Civil Engineering TMR experience advantageous
• Proven civil background with solid experience delivering road pavement or surfacing projects
• Hands-on understanding of bitumen reseals rehabilitation works & road maintenance techniques
• Strong commercial & contractual acumen
• Comfortable managing variations EOTs cost tracking forecasting & subcontractor packages
• Thrives in a fast-paced delivery-focused environment
