Job Summary
- Collaborate with Customer Experience Specialists to design digital marketing-enabled campaigns that drive customer engagement and generate demand.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and marketing strategy.
- Create and manage multi-channel marketing automation campaigns (email SMS WhatsApp local platforms) with localized content.
- Optimize website content for SEO conversion and brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance delivering actionable insights and KPI reporting.
- Champion digital marketing best practices tools and processes to improve efficiency and impact.
Qualifications :
- 36 years proven experience in digital marketing ideally in a global or regional role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Marketing Cloud/MessageBird Salesforce Sales and Drupal CMS.
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (Google Analytics Qlik Excel) to drive data-based decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Customer-centric mindset with focus on engagement conversion and brand consistency.
- Excellent collaboration stakeholder management and communication skills.
