Expansion Manager
Job Summary
WHAT YOULL DO
As an Expansion Manager you will drive the expansion and portfolio strategy across the Sales Market ensuring strong commercial operational and technical execution in line with brand and global direction. You will shape how and where we grow by steering the store portfolio leading expansion projects endtoend and creating the conditions for teams to perform and collaborate effectively. In this role you will be responsible for the Sales Market Türkiye consisting of Türkiye Kazakhstan and Georgia.
You will:
- Create and drive the Sales Market expansion and portfolio management plan in line with Brand Plans and global strategy
- Set investment frames sustainability targets and commercial priorities to drive sales productivity profitability and cost control
- Review and steer CAPEX allocation across the local project portfolio suggesting adjustments when needed
- Secure a strong vision for the retail space putting the customer at the center of expansion decisions
- Provide commercial input to portfolio strategy through catchment area and market analysis
- Secure strategic alignment and project management of Key Cities within the Sales Market
- Colead Expansion audits and ensure projects are executed in line with company standards governance and compliance
- Ensure all negotiations contracts and partner collaborations meet legal ethical and company requirements
- Enable strong communication flow between Sales Market and global functions representing market needs and driving synergies
- Lead coach and develop highperforming teams ensuring they have the skills clarity and support needed to meet business goals.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
As a Expansion Manager you will work closely with Sales Market General Manager Controlling Leasing Construction & Facilities Tech teams and global Expansion functions. You will lead the local Expansion organization and collaborate crossfunctionally to align strategy execution and outcomes across the market.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- 5 years of experience in Expansion portfolio management or a senior leadership role within a similar function
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and teams in international matrix organizations
- Strong understanding of expansion strategy leasing and construction & facilities management
- Strong leadership stakeholder management and coaching capabilities
- Strategic and analytical mindset with solid financial acumen
- Excellent planning prioritization and organizational skills
- Fluency in English written and spoken
