About the role
McCain Foods is accepting applications for a Custodian position at the Plover WI plant. This role performs general custodial and sanitation duties to maintain a clean safe and orderly work environment. The position supports daily facility upkeep across office areas restrooms lunchrooms locker rooms hallways and other facility spaces in accordance with company standards and safety requirements.
What youll be doing
Clean and maintain offices restrooms lunchrooms locker rooms hallways and windows using approved tools and cleaning agents
Operate custodial equipment such as floor scrubbers vacuums and rugshampoo machines; strip and wax floors as required (training provided)
Collect haul and dispose of trash; maintain clean organized custodial closets and wastehandling areas
Set up and break down rooms for meetings; perform locker cleanouts general facility cleanup and assigned duties
Assist with snow removal and groundskeeping while promoting and adhering to all safety procedures
What youll need to be successful
Prior custodial or professional cleaning experience required
Ability to work independently with moderate initiative reliability and attention to safety
Moderate mental skill and manual dexterity to safely operate equipment and follow procedures
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with consistent work quality
High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Demands
Constant standing and use of hands throughout the scheduled shift
Frequent bending grasping and reaching for extended periods
Occasional walking squatting kneeling twisting pushing and pulling
Ability to lift carry and handle materials up to approximately 50 lbs
Physical endurance to perform custodial work in a fastpaced environment

Compensation Package:$ - $ Starting at 20.41 USD hourly Bonus eligibility Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
