Your opportunity

Responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all trade lifecycle processes across multiple asset classes and products including but not limited to: Equities Fixed Income Futures and Options. The teams remit includes Trade Capture & Matching Settlements and Collateral Management. The Analyst will ensure operational excellence risk mitigation and regulatory compliance while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

• Perform daily functions to support the end-to-end trade lifecycle including: trade capture matching settlement & collateral management.

• Investigateand resolve trade breaksmismatches settlement issues and discrepancies promptly.

• Coordinate with traders brokerscustodiansand internal teams for smooth processing.

• Identifyestablish and implement standard methodologiesin regard totrade operations.

• Ensuretimelyandaccurateprocessing of all trade-related activitiesmaintaininghigh standardsof data integrity and operational control.

• Support operational projects including the design testing and implementation of new processes and system enhancements.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.

• Maintainoperational policies and procedures ensuring best practice and continuous improvement.

Must have skills

• Trade Operations Expertise: Significant experience across the full trade life cycle including trade affirmation & capture settlement & cashflows
• System knowledge: Knowledge of a selection of market utilities e.g. CTM SWIFT CLS Bloomberg TradeWeb MarketAxess; experience with Aladdin desirable
• Operational Control: Strong understanding of operational risk control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
• Team-Oriented and Client-Focused: A strong sense of teamwork and a consistent focus on meeting client needs ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

Nice to have skills

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling clear and effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
• Approachable and Open-Minded: Known for being approachable and open-minded creating an inclusive and supportive work environment.
• Client Interaction: Liaise with clients brokers and custodians to resolve any operational issues.

Compensation information

The base salary for this position is $70000 - 80000.00. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through May 15 2026.
