The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in our White Collar Temporary Recruitment team. Based in our Sydney CBD office this role is built for a commercially driven recruiter who thrives on business development.

Youll step into a warm desk with active roles and existing clients giving you immediate earning potential including taking ownership of existing placements and the delivery to a key Big4 Banking client.

Youll have the opportunity to build your own client portfolio win new business and take full ownership of your market.

Youll have the autonomy to:

• Develop new client relationships
• Carve out your niche across white-collar sectors
• Scale a desk that reflects your strengths and interests

What Youll Be Doing

• Driving new business development through outreach networking and referrals
• Building and growing your own client portfolio
• Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
• Leveraging existing clients to generate immediate billings
• Delivering high-quality temp and contract solutions

• 5 years experience in agency recruitment (360 desk)
• Proven success in winning new business and growing a client base
• Strong commercial mindset and consultative sales approach
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Driven self-motivated and results-focused
