Nearshore Sector | Fullstack Tech Lead (.NETReact)

Were looking for an experienced Fullstack Tech Lead to join our nearshore development this role you will lead a team of talented developers while maintaining hands-on involvement in fullstack development and React technologies. You will be responsible for driving technical excellence mentoring team members and delivering high-quality solutions for our global clients. • Lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers providing technical guidance code reviews and performance feedback
• Design and architect scalable fullstack solutions and React ensuring adherence to best practices and design patterns
• Develop and maintain backend services using C# and Core and frontend applications using
• Collaborate with product managers stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Establish and enforce coding standards quality assurance processes and development best practices across the team
• Manage technical debt optimize application performance and implement database design improvements
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment strategies to ensure smooth and reliable releases
• Participate in architectural decisions and technology evaluations for the organization
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure the team follows established development methodologies
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Contribute to the professional development and onboarding of new team members

Qualifications :

**Required Skills and Experience:**

• 5 years of professional experience in fullstack software development
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership or senior developer role
• Advanced proficiency in C# and Core framework
• Strong expertise in and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server MongoDB etc.)
• Proficiency with version control systems particularly Git
• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and manage development teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with distributed or nearshore teams

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (plus)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development
• Understanding of security best practices and secure coding standards
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability challenges
• Exposure to DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
