• Proactively contact leads via phone text and email to set consultations and appointments
• Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses schools and community organizations
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns
• Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended
• Build rapport with parents athletes and adult clients to understand their goals
• Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team
• Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
• Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community
  
  

• Experience in sales appointment setting customer service or call center environments
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized reliable and consistent with follow-through
