Roles & Responsibilities

The Carrier Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is one of development opportunities for associates who want to explore key functional areas within corporate finance Accounting Finance Financial Planning and Analysis and Financial Operations. Financial Leadership Program Participants should possess an Accounting or Finance degree with a strong academic record that demonstrates leadership ability along with proven analytical communication organizational and time management skills.

Program Rotations

The Financial Leadership Program consists of three unique 1-year rotations that may take place at our various business unit sites. The rotation goal is to broaden your finance and accounting knowledge support to establish a professional network and provide in-depth exposure to various Carrier products. Program participants will be evaluated by their direct functional supervisor during each rotational period.

Assignments

Accounting: AP Accounting AR Accounting General Accounting Inter-company Accounting Internal & External Audit Labor Overhead Accounting and Tax Accounting

Financial Planning and Analysis: Budget Variance Business Analysis Financial Reporting Forecasting Planning Valuation consolidating and reporting business performance and operating plan.

Internal Control: CAR application & tracking perform e-SOX review and FA impairment review monthly closing and account reconciliation review and preliminary review of business control reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor-Degrees or above Finance Related Major Preferred

1-2 years working experience in Finance preferred

Good Communication Skills in both English and Chinese

Good Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills

Experienced in Office Applications

Proven Analytical and Time Management Skills
