Main Duties:
- Maintain a holistic understanding of the IT landscape and data flows
- Provide technical analysis and operational insight to support project delivery
- Assess cross-system impacts for incidents and proposed technical changes
- Act as a technical advisor for business departments and processes
- Resolve complex functional incidents through advanced root-cause analysis
- Provide technical guidance and documentation to enable IT support teams
What skills do you need
- Bachelors degree in a technology-related field or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience working with business-critical IT systems in an operational environment
- Proven ability to understand complex systems endtoend
- Hands on experience with Technical Analyses Skills (SQL and APIs)
- Experience in application support systems analysis or functional troubleshooting roles
- Able to operate credibly with both IT and Business (IT related business) sides
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
