Job Summary

Main Duties:
- Lead and motivate teams to meet production targets quality standards and safety guidelines
- Review performance regularly through inspections and development plans to drive improvement
- Plan and supervise daily tasks with subordinates to align with operational schedules
- Prioritize equipment breakdowns maintenance and overhauls to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate solutions with production managers
- Actively contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives within assigned areas
- Facilitate regular communication between management and staff to keep teams informed
- Monitor and evaluate timely data logging of operational parameters per established procedures
What skills do you need
- Possess experience working within a technical services environment
- Bring 2 years of leadership experience (preferred)
- Maintain a working knowledge of quality systems and processes.
- Hold a technical/management Diploma; Wireman License A & B is an asset
- Self-motivated with strong coaching team facilitation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate initiative creativity and the ability to lead project teams
- Communicate excellently both verbally and written with strong presentation skills
- Apply strong analytical acumen to evaluate and respond to operational results
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
