About the Role:

As a Travel Agent you will serve as the primary contact for customers who need assistance before during or after their journeys. Using digital communication channels youll handle questions about bookings itinerary changes cancellations refunds and other travel concernsensuring a seamless experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through chat email and online platforms with a wide range of travel inquiries
• Manage reservations for flights hotels car rentals and activities including modifications and cancellations
• Provide clear and accurate details on travel plans entry requirements baggage policies and refunds
• Support account-related issues payments and loyalty or rewards programs
• Identify urgent or complex cases (such as delays or missed connections) and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service
• Meet performance goals related to service quality and response times
• Keep up to date with changes in travel policies destinations tools and procedures

Requirements:

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
• Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greek residency card
• Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
