The Impact Youll Make

• Digital Partner: Act as the primary support for Dutch-speaking SMBs guiding them through advertising tools and account strategies via phone email and chat.
• Problem Solver: Identify client needs and provide effective high-quality solutions to improve their advertising experience.
• Product Insights: Share direct feedback from the market to help Meta improve its tools and services for businesses worldwide.

Candidate Profile

• Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (C1C2) and a good command of English (B2).
• Mindset: You are customer-oriented tech-savvy and have a genuine interest in the world of digital marketing.
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
