Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from USA-based customers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Convert inquiries into successful sales
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication
Accurately record call details in CRM systems

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)
Prior experience in call center / sales (preferred)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
Basic computer skills (CRM MS Office)
