Ventias Transport Infrastructure Solutions business is seeking an experiencedCommunity / Stakeholder Liaison Officer to join the team.

The Community / Stakeholder Liaison Officer manages communication with local communities and stakeholders regarding maintenance and works activities. The role supports positive engagement clear communication and minimisation of disruption.
You will act as a key interface between delivery teams and the community.

This is a permanent full-time position and will be based out of ourDandenong office.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder and community communications related to maintenance and works
• Respond to enquiries and coordinate notifications
• Support planning and operational teams with engagement activities
• Maintain records of interactions and commitments

About You

To be successful in your application you will have:

• Experience in stakeholder engagement or communications roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive issues in operational environments
• Good working knowledge of MS Word MS Outlook and MS Excel
